• Fair-Pix is a non-profitable website operated by a fairground enthusiast whose intention is to share his photographs taken at various funfairs up and down the country. I do not operate a business or are connected to any businesses within the industry under any circumstances, therefore it is with our apologies that all e-mails of this nature will not be acknowledged.
• Therefore I wish to make it clear I will not reply to anyone making complaints about funfairs. Can I suggest you take any issue up with your local operator.
• For queries about opening times for any funfairs, either read the advertising notices or contact your local fairground operator through their own website or official Facebook page. However I maybe able to assist with times of local fairs in my Southern Counties area.
• I unfortunately no longer have lists of rides at fairs with exception some fairs in Hampshire & surrounding counties.
• All my fairground photographs are taken as for as a hobby to support & promote the fairground industry. All photographs are taken at public grounds, I am grateful to be known to many of the showmen and they appreciate what I do as they consider this as a promotion of their business. Therefore the request and distribution of my photos for any other purpose is strictly forbidden. This is as a measure to protect the webmaster's integrity to the showland business.
• I am not in a position to provide any of my personal information (e.g. home address, telephone numbers etc.) to anyone except to trusted parties. The information will not be transferred from one party to another without expressed personal prior permission.
